Education Background: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science

Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience in IT Service Desk and Hardware related Troubleshooting

Job Description: 

• Basic troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops, Printers and other hardware, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Ability of root cause analysis of basic IT issue
• Must Have knowledge & Experience of Hardware related Troubleshooting
• Capable of task management and Customer handling
• Rotational job (in shifts)
• Effective communication skills
• Should be well dressed as it’s a customer facing role
• Must be good in Oral and written English
