• Hands on Experience on Drivers & Firmware Installation and Update.
• Hands on experience on Sever and Storage part replacement.
• Maintenance upgrades for the implementation of patches, along with software and hardware upgrades.

Certification:

• Hardware Certificate From any Institute
• Dell, HP and Lenovo Certification

Soft Skills:

• Technical, analytical, interpersonal and organization skills required
• Having flair to do management related activities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment
• Availability in response to needs of the customer for installation, maintenance and equipment malfunction
• Good Communication skills (Written & Verbal)
