Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience

Job Description: 

  • Must be Familiar with ITSM Standards and Process
  • Hands on Experience with iDevices Support and Configuration (iPhone & iPad)
  • Hands on Experience with Laptop Hardware and Software Support and Configurations
  • Hands on Experience with Windows 10 Installation and Troubleshooting, MS Office 365, MS Outlook (Configurations and Backups)
  • Must be familiar with Video Conferencing Scheduling and support Procedures
  • Strong Communications Skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Must be presentable along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must Have Prior Experience of providing support to C-Level Management.
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management Skills
